Villa Rosa is situated in Lassi along the coastal road above the sandy beach of Kalamia and is one of five semi-detached villas with stunning sea views over to Vardiani island and the Lixouri peninsula. The villa has 2 separate bedrooms and using the living room, sleeps 6 persons comfortably.

The swimming pool is fresh-water and exclusive to those staying at the villas. Villa Rosa is a newly constructed, two-storeyed house which is spacious and comfortable and beautifully furnished and fitted throughout.

The villa has an open-plan design with an air-conditioned lounge with 2 sofas (one of which converts to a double bed) and a 21" TV. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with a full-sized cooker, fridge, washing machine. There is a separate wc. The whole area is surrounded by a private verandah with stunning views

Downstairs are 2 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms; one twin and one double.

The rooms are well furnished with fitted wardrobes and both have access to the verandah.

The main bathroom has bath/shower and wc.

All villas are identical inside, split-level with the kitchen, washroom and lounge on first floor, bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor. A ten minute walk will take you to the centre of Lassi with its excellent choice of tavernas, bars and shops. There are a few tavernas along the Fanari coastal road and mini-markets in close proximity to the villas. For those wishing to venture further, the coastal route brings you to the town of Argostoli with its boutiques, tavernas amd cafe-bars. The driveway leading up to Aggelatos is on a steep incline and may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Due to the popularity of Aggelatos Villas, Direct Greece recommends booking early.
