Location
The area includes the well known village of Fiscardo and Myrtos beach, voted as the best beach in Greece for several years in a row. White pebble beaches are amongst the basic characteristics of the area. Some, like the beach of Assos itself, can be reached on foot; the secluded pebble beaches on the other side of the hillside can be accessed by boat. The famous Myrtos beach is only a short drive away.

Village of Assos
Assos is a significant historical site on Kefalonia. The spectacular Venetian fortress of Assos is one of the two that can be found on the island. The history of the fortress of Assos began in 1584 when the rocky promontory of Assos, a naturally impregnable location, was selected and 2000 metres of walls were built to follow the contours or the terrain, resulting in one of Kefalonia's most recognizable landmarks. The remains within the fortress walls, in this place of scenic beauty, are well worth exploring.
The village of Assos has maintained its traditional colour and is full of beautiful buildings, characteristic of old Kefalonian architecture. Several super markets, restaurants and gift shops can be found in Assos and the surrounding region.

Villa Eleni
Set just a bit back from the terrace overlooking the sea, this spacious villa is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing and carefree holiday.
This three bedroom villa has a double and a twin bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom, bath, shower and wc. There is a sea view terrace with a private swimming pool and poolside loungers.
On the first floor there is a living room with two sofas, a large coffee table and TV-DVD. This is an open-plan room with a dining area with a large dining table, chairs and a full-fitted kitchen.
French windows lead from the living room out onto the terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs for dining alfresco by the swimming pool.
The kitchen has a full-cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich-maker, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. The master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and wc is on the second floor in a spacious attic.

Villa Nicolis
Enjoying stunning views, this charming villa awaits to enchant the guest who seeks beautiful surroundings without compromising on the amenities of a holiday nest.
The three-bedroom villa is split level and open plan, with the sitting/dining room on the ground floor opening onto a large terrace. Table and chairs, covered by a gazebo for shade, are provided for dining alfresco by the freshwater pool where you will also find poolside loungers.
A few steps from the living room, towards the mezzanine level, are a fully-fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a full cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich-maker, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
A double bedroom with balcony and sea view is on the first floor with a twin bedroom and shower/wc on the second. The third double bedroom is in a spacious attic. This room enjoys stunning views from the front facing window.

Villa Rentals 2008
Villas are operated on a Saturday changeover day with minimum rentals of 7 nights. Package holidays including flights from London Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester with car hire are available.
