Gaeta Villas with Pool Fiscardo

Named after the wife of the Norman conqueror Robertos Giscardos, Duke of Apulia,these two lovely villas are situated down a small track in a leafy glade.

Both have the most beautiful and peaceful location, with glorious views across trees to the sea. The owner, Panos Dendrinos, has given much thought to the design of the property using the natural contours of the land to provide the very best views from all areas of the villas and their gardens.

Both Gaeta and Robertos have their own private freshwater swimming pool measuring approximately 8 x 4 metres. Surrounding terraces for sunbathing have sunloungers and canvas umbrellas. The spacious terraces provide ample space for al fresco eating and generally admiring the wonderful scenery and sea views.

The two villas are identically laid out, with two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs (one double and one twin room). These both have en suite facilties.

Downstairs there is a third single bedroom, shower room and a large open-plan sitting/dining room/kitchen. As one would expect in properties of this standard, the furnishings are excellent, with comfortable sofas and the equipment includes TV, DVD, CD player. French windows from the sitting/dining area open onto a large covered terrace with views across the pool and out to sea. The terrace leads into the gardens and onto the generously-sized swimming pool.

The full fitted kitchen is well equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.

Laundry room has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The nearest beach is 400 metres away which takes about five minutes to walk. Emblissi beach is one of the loveliest in this area. It is a white pebble beach with amazingly clear blue water and has some natural shade provided by trees. The natural rock formations provide flat slabs of rock on which to sunbathe.

A short walk from the villas brings you into the village of Fiscardo with its great selection of tavernas, restaurants and bars. Staying at the Gaeta Villas is ideally suited for those who prefer not to drive home in the evening after a substantial meal accompanied by the excellent local Robolla wine!

The owner of the villas has opened a bar along the harbour front in Fiscardo which is near the famous Tassia Taverna so the guests will no doubt be quickly absorbed into the village life of Fiscardo where you can also hire a small motor-boat to explore otherwise inaccessible coves. In every way, the Gaeta Villas make an excellent villa holiday.
