Kanakis Apartments Assos

The tranquil retreat of Assos has only a handful of properties which are available to visitors and not many compare with the Kanakis Apartments.

The accommodation is located at the entrance to the village and provides both comfort and a good standard of furnishings. All the units are sea-facing and take full advantage of their elevated position to offer breathtaking views. The accommodation is in two units on the edge of a swimming pool. All the apartments enjoy magnificent views of the sea from their extensive private terraces.

The small freshwater swimming pool is directly above the sea with spectacular views. (1.20 to 1.80 metres deep). Sunbeds and sunshades are provided for guests￿ use.

The walk down to the beach and the harbour area will take about five minutes.

The Kanakis Apartments is a perfect retreat for those wishing for a tranquil holiday. The hospitable owners live in one of the apartments and will provide breakfast on request. The air-conditioned apartments are equipped with satellite television and a mini-bar service.

There are two (adjoining) poolside apartments consisting of a double bedroom, a separate living room with open-plan kitchen area, and a bathroom with shower A sofa bed in the living room is suitable for sleeping a third person and an extra bed can be provided if necessary. There is common terrace area overlooking the swimming pool all along the front.

The entrance is from the front terrace into an open plan sitting room with a corner kitchenette with small cooker and fridge. The views from this ground floor level terrace are breathtaking. From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, (one twin and one double) and also a bathroom with a shower. A further wc is provided downstairs. Each of the bedroom opens onto a front balcony with fine sea views. There is a sofa-bed in the sitting room suitable for a child.

The top floor apartment has one double bedroom. There is a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower The large front terrace with direct access from the sitting room has fine sea views. The sofabed in the living room is suitable for an adult and an extra put up bed can also be provided if needed.
