The lovely George and Kiki Couloubaritsi are the proud owners of this sweet property in a super popsition, a five minute stroll from picturesque Fiscardo harbour and 20 metres from a small pebble beach.

Although George and Kiki speak little English, Greek and French being their native tongues, their warm and amiable natures shine through.

Kiki Studios and one bedroom apartments

Each of the six one bedroom apartments and four studios have balcony or terrace and simple kitchenette, although with Fiscardo's excellent restaurants so close, these are not put to use very often.

The property is air-conditioned

Kiki Studios has a swimming pool

The freshwater swimming pool is 10 x 4.5 and 1.2-1.7 deep. Distance to the nearest pebble beach is 20 meters.
The Kiki Studios also have very pleasant gardens.

Kiki Studios near the sea in Fiscardo

The front of the property practically spills out to the beach and sea, while the back faces the pretty gardens and large pool and terrace area. Across the small road there is an additional terrace overlooking the small beach in front of the Kiki, so guests have a lot of space in which to find their favourite spot.

The picturesque harbour of Fiscardo is only 450 metres or 5 mins stroll away.
