The villas stand on a hilltop at Cape Liakas which looks up to Mount Aenos and down over the surrounding valleys of olive groves and across the sea to the island of Zakynthos. The little village of Spartia is a five minute drive and there is a beautiful sandy beah a short distance from the village.

Each villa has a ground floor of open-plan sitting room and kitchen with three sets of patio doors leading to a covered sea-facing terrace; wc; First floor has2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with bath and shower, one twin-bedded room ( all bedrooms leading to a sea-facing balcony); bathroom with shower.
