T F P UNIT

T F P Design and Construction has been in Argostoli since 1998 when Stavros Travlos, the General Director founded the company.

TFP undertake all aspects of building from planning, designing and constructing hotels, tourist complexes, villas, houses and commercial buildings.

The company also renovates and restores buildings around the island. As one of the leading technical construction companies, TFP are proud of their reputation.

The T F P Team

Each project has a customer care programme which doesn't stop once the construction is finished. The T F P team is available to ensure complete customer satisfaction as their reputation and business is founded on clients' recommendations.

The T F P Unit is run by Stavros Travlos who is the general manager. Two civil engineers - Othon Filippatos who is the construction manager and Gerasimos Kosmatos who is the director of studies work with their architect Nick Petridis who is the design manager.

Customer service comes under the wing of Graham Bennett who is the customer service manager with Irene Solomou in the design department and Spiridoula Papadatou who takes care of the official paperwork. These work alongside sub-contracted mechanical engineers, builders and assistant designers to ensure that the project is carried out to the client's satisfaction right down to the door-knob.
