The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens and lawns. From the fenced lawn area, you can explore extensive private grounds featuring olive trees, citrus orchard, and secluded seating areas where the peaceful and tranquil environment inspired Lord Byron to write his famous work 'Don Juan'

The Villa is conveniently located 5 minutes from Avithos beach which has stunning views across the Ionian Sea and 1km from the lovely village of Lakithra which features local tavernas. The main capital, Argostoli, is just 15 minutes away. Avithos features a golden sandy beach with beautiful clear waters. The beach is fantastic for children and features local tavernas and fabulous views across to Zakinthos. Other beaches we would also recommend are Macris and Platis Gialos, Lourdas and Trapezaki which are within 15 minutes travel.
