Authentic 1920's cottage with 3 bedrooms
The cottage has stayed in the Drakopoulos family since 1925 when it was built. The owner, Stavros, is an artist who was determined to keep the villa as close as possible to the original while creating a comfortable home for guests. This meant adding some shower rooms upstairs and air-conditioning to the bedrooms, new appliances in the kitchen and a swimming pool in the grounds. The rest is as authentic as possible using original materials and antique furniture.
Villa Stavros Ground Floor
One of the 3 bedrooms is situated on the ground floor. This double bedroom has the use of the bathroom with full bath, shower and wc. There is a kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher and utility room with washing machine. The separate sitting room has a stereo and CD player.
Villa Stavros First Floor
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms - one with double bed and one twin room. Both these rooms have anterooms and there are two shower rooms with wc. The best feature of the first floor is the sitting room with balcony which has glorious views across the hillside out to sea.
