Argostoli is a bustling port welcoming large and small ferries. There's a small private marina and fisherman's jetty near the Vivian Villa.

For retail therapy, the pedestrian Lithostrato offers a wonderful selection of shops offering everything from local produce to stylish leather shoes. Plenty of local cafes for refreshment and the Orthodox church of St. Spiridon and Catholic church always have their doors open. Here you will find everything you need for your stay in Argostoli, just a gentle stroll from the apartments.

The accommodation at Vivian Villa is to a high standard. Spaciously equipped, direct dial telephone, TV, fridge, shower/wc (with the added bonus of British standard plumbing). Hot water is constantly available. Most of the rooms have a balcony. Studios have a kitchenette with fridge and a two-ring hob. All rooms have air conditioning which is available for no additional charge. There is also a lift to the upper floors

Cleaning is offered daily with sheets and towels changed three times a week.

Vivian Villa is open all year round and all rooms have central heating.

A few minutes walk from Vivian Villa brings you to the tiny beach of Maistrato with its ouzeri and meze taverna which has tables which are almost in the sea.

Hop on the local bus or take a short taxi ride to some of the best beaches on the whole island - in the resort of Lassi.

Stroll down to the harbour and take a small ferry over to the town of Lixouri. Ferries are frequent and it only takes 25 minutes.

Nick and Vivian Sklavounakis are friendly hosts at the Vivian Villa.
They will provide directions to the accommodation and can arrange a taxi for your arrival at the airport or ports on Kefalonia.
