The three villas in Mavrata have a similar layout all being built on three levels with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room on the slightly lower ground floor. The fitted kitchens are high quality including all appliances such as fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.There is also a bathroom and storage room at this level.
1st floor
The main entrance to the villa is on the first floor which opens into a large welcoming sitting room with fire-place. On this floor is another bedroom for 2 persons.
