The Bay View Villas are ideally situated amongst olive trees with magnificent views over the bay of Gaios. They are easily accessible by road or foot path. Each of the three villas accommodates four persons or can be converted into two totally independent studios for two persons each. With their prime position, elegant design, air conditioning and modern facilities the Bay View Villas offer a superb base for a relaxing Paxos holiday.
Although it does not have a pool, this apartment is very popular with regular clients because of the excellent location and the fact that it has no steps to negotiate. Plus, it is just a short stroll to nearby tavernas and the beach.
Theophilos One, sleeping 2 people, is just a few steps from the water's edge in St Stephano, and a couple of minutes walk to the village shops and four tavernas which are ideally located right by the sea. The sunny veranda offers a tranquil view of the boats and yachts in this busy little harbour.
Theophilos Two is just a stone's-throw from the water's edge at St Stephano. An extensive balcony overlooks the busy little harbour and the tavernas and supermarket are only a couple of minutes' walk away. Theophilos 2 sleeps four and is ideal for a small family or two couples.
The Olive Press is one of our favourite properties, set as it is right on the water's edge between Barbati and Nissaki, in a surprisingly secluded position. Built many years ago as an olive press, it is now one of the most beautiful and unusual villas on the island. The sea comes right up to the terrace wall, and a small beach, backed by old olive trees, is just a few steps away. With your own speedboat (optional), this is the perfect location for a memorable seaside holiday.
